Privacy Notice
This notice explains, in plain language, what SimpleClean collects through simpleclean.us and how it's used. It covers this website only.
What we collect.
When you submit the Request an Estimate form or the Careers form, we receive what you type into that form — things like your name, phone number, email address, property or application details, and any notes you add. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly how people arrive here. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects this browsing information in aggregate; we don't use it to identify individual visitors, and we don't use advertising trackers or pixels on this site.
How we use it.
- To respond to your estimate request or job application.
- To schedule and coordinate the service you asked about.
- To keep a record of the conversation in our own email.
- To understand overall site traffic and improve the website, using aggregated Google Analytics data.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service you requested (for example, a crew member who needs your address to show up to the job).
How submissions are sent.
This site doesn't run its own server-side database. When you submit the Request an Estimate form or the Careers form, your answers are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which relays the submission to our inbox at info@simpleclean.us. Web3Forms only passes the message along — it isn't used for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond delivering your submission to us.
How long we keep it.
We keep estimate and application emails as long as reasonably useful for scheduling, follow-up, and our own records, and delete or archive older messages periodically.
Your choices.
You can ask us to delete information you've sent us, or ask what we have on file, by emailing info@simpleclean.us. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking on any site, including this one, using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's built-in tracking-protection settings.
